so it's thursday night. figured i'd get a blog in real quick. i'm feelin pretty fantastic. so since february when i stopped working overtime at work and got back on my grind at the gym i've gone from 155 to 145... finally lost those 10 pounds that i talked about losing ALL LAST YEAR! and get this.. haven't even been stressin it! i just wake up, don't hit snooze, pack my lunch/snack bag for work, get my butt to the gym, focus on having an intense lifting session, guzzle down a protein shake, do 30-45 min. of cardio, and then i get home and eat oatmeal with blueberries and start getting ready for work.. and since i stopped focusing so much on cardio (because in jan/feb i was going cardio crazy) and more on strength training.. things are all just falling into place. i eat clean. i eat every 2.5 to 3 hours. i'm feeling great and getting really excited because at this rate, i will DEFINITELY be in the best shape i've ever been in, by this summer. my legs and glutes are my biggest challenge right now. i will not post a hamstring/glute shot for you guys because i'm not trying to make you lose your lunch. lol. no joke.. i'm just going to stay focused and keep workin on the total package because eventually they too will transform. (or at least i'm praying they will!) but anyway, just wanted to let you all know that i'm working hard, feeling great, loving the warmer weather and the fact that May is going to be here soon. good things!!! hope all of you are taking care of your minds/bodies!!! :)
