Extreme SMASH!

Ok, so I finally got a new laptop of my own, and my mom talked me into doing the Extreme Fat Smash diet with her. So, I am attempting to log in my foods and exercise AGAIN on this site. So far, so good, though....I'm on Day 4, and have logged stuff in. The only thing I really deviated from was the amount of exercise yesterday, but since today is a "rest" day, and I will be working out for at least an hour later, I will more than make up for it. Foodwise, I've been doing pretty good sticking to the menu. Its easy to spot my trouble foods when I log them in, since cheese and nuts always put me way higher in calories than my mom is, and we should be essentially in the same realm.

It was a really, really tough winter in many different ways, but Will and I are starting up a new project called Dementia Five, and my job is really awesome. Makes it hard to complain. I am ready for things to start looking up and staying up!
