While using this exercise band today it broke and hit my inner thigh and it HURT! emoticon

    One of my Y leaders snapped a band and broke her finger! She was in pain! Good you did not hurt yourself very badly. May I add you as a friend? Since your Mom and I are friends, we should be too!

    I was at a class once and it was the elastic bands and I had 2 in a row break on me so they checked them and threw the ones that were getting thin out. Your blog is a good one to get people to remember to check the rubber in theirs for wear and tear. Glad you weren't seriously hurt. Teri

    Thanks REILLYGIRL64. I kept on exercising, a little discomfort doesn't keep me down. I'm just bummed my exercise band is broke. But happy I didn't put an eye out.
