Showing Some Skin - Start of Week 3

I didn't wear tank tops or sleeveless tops out in public for over a year because my arms felt so huge..but today..I'm standing at work..with a tank top on!! I had a sweater on but I felt okay to take it off..I love this feeling of not being scared!

Here's a little pic of me going upstairs after my workout last night..taken with my cellphone..the blurriness is from me moving while taking the pic lolz


So today is the first day of my 3rd Week with the Si6 program! I'm starting BiU tonight and will probably be doing it for the next 4 weeks. I bought Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred" the other day and have been doing it along with Si6 recently..I don't usually do the whole workout since I get tired after Si6, but I like the cardio parts.

I'm still doing good with my eating habits, water intake, and workouts! I love the pace that I'm going now and I don't feel as lazy with the workouts lolz..
