Stop moving the goal posts

So SP keep tinkering with my calorie range (when I change certain details) and it keeps increasing.

First I had to do between 1200 and 1550, then it moved to 1240 and 1600. Now it's 1270 and 1620.

And that was from lowering my goal weight.

    So that's it. I have cardio checked 7 days a week, but not because I want to do cardio all 7 days . . . more like any of the 7 days.

    The problem I was having before was that if I decided to do cardio on a Tuesday, and Tuesday wasn't a cardio day (according to the schedule), there was no way I could enter it.

    So now I have all 7 days as cardio and all 7 as strength.

    I was having issues with this- it seemed to be the difference between it listening to ME in terms of how many calories I burn a week (when I'd enter it in the box for if you know how many calories you burn) and if I tried to update my goals WITHOUT doing that (and since I say I'm doing cardio 6 days a week it WAY overestimates my calorie burn and then jacks up my calorie range).

    After playing with it anyway, that's what I THINK was going on, maybe that is your issue too.
