Nothing earth shattering, but managing to stay active

Just to catch up a bit. I finally went for a massage therapy session for my hamstring. It has made a big difference. I feel much better. She gave me some strength exercises to do, that focus on each of the three group of muscles that make up the hamstring, and I think that is helping.
My saving ( mental and weight loss) has been my bike. I am able to bike without bothering either the hamstring of my right leg, or irritating the injury I have in my left knee. Thank goodness I found something I can do to move. I have worked so hard to get exercise into my daily routine, I was terrified of losing that.
I have even ordered a stand for a bike for my basement, so , regardless of weather, I can keep moving!
Down 2 lbs this week for a total of almost 53 lbs..I am excited! I feel great...Come on summer!!!!
