Up the hill

So I cycled into work again today. It felt easier than last week. That is good.
Hopefully it'll just get easier and easier each time.

So I got quite a lot of exercise as I also went to the gym after work.

So tomorrow, I'm going to have a (sensible) high-calorie day. I think I've earned it.
