Setting goals

So as I go through Spark and read on sparkies, I have noticed that most of the people that inspire and motivate me set goals. So I figured I should do the same.

Goal 1: Log on to spark everyday, record every bite of food that enters my mouth.
Goal 2: Exercise at least 4 days a week, including at least one day of strength training.
Goal 3: Start training with my daughter so that she can ride in the MS150 next year.
Goal 4: Lose at least 8 pounds per month.

Any suggestions on other goals would be much appreciated!

    I think that is a great start! Welcome to SP. I think you will find a great deal of support on here. I am all about the "mini goals". It is good to celebrate every little victory and yours right now is joining!
