Weighed in this morning, 241.6.

That's UP 3 lbs from a month ago. Kinda feel like I failed, I honestly didn't realize a month had passed since I blogged last and said the same thing as always, "need to get serious". I still want to lose 20 lbs by June 20th, now I just have less time to do it in. That now means 20 lbs in 8 weeks, Still doable, but what is it going to take to get serious about doing it??

HELP!!

    Be honest, how many of steps 1-6 did you follow through on?
    Step 1, start using my food scale rather than guessing.
    Step 2, no more soup Fridays
    Step 3, weigh/measure myself on Monday.
    Step 4, add in a day of stairs
    Step 5, add in 1 day of swimming
    Step 6, keep up with running

    Now I KNOW for a fact that you're keeping up with running and we did do two days of stairs since your last post but...
    20 pounds is definitely doable but it'll be tricky. We're not on the Biggest Loser and there are no Tommys or Pauls (as in Plakas) to kick our ass when we cheat SO it's up to you. (AKA us). I promise not to tempt you with coffee, chocolate and other badness if YOU promise to do the same for me.
