Monday already?

I finished the first week of C25K last week. My legs are still sore from the weekend so I'll start week 2 tomorrow and do something lighter today. I feel like I've made some progress, and that's enough to keep me going. Yesterday I outlasted my 5-year-old outside, and that's saying something. And while I'm doing a pretty decent job of staying active, I'm afraid I haven't made many changes to my diet. I eat healthy lunches, snack on fruit and veggies when possible, and have almost completely quit consuming sugary drinks. I can't seem to kick this midnight snacking habit though. Last night I only ate a Klondike bar and passed on the chips. That's progress, right? Haha...
