One more week.

I am not happy with my lack of progress. I have consistently gone over my calorie range because I have been going out with my friends a lot before I move home. I have not gained weight, but I wanted to be almost to my goal by now, and I'm still hovering around halfway. I really don't have time for solid exercise sessions, and I don't have great motivation to eat healthy with all of this fun stuff going on with friends. I am looking forward to the end of this week, when I will be done with the semester and I'm hoping I can take this opportunity to regroup, read The Spark, and get my motivation back.

    Sarah you can and will do it I'm sure. I don't believe you really lack the motivation and I'm not making excuses for you but jeez, you've got a lot on your plate girl! You havent gained..that's awesome. Don't forget the accomplishments you've made this year. You are already making plans for more accomplishments when your class is over! Good for you! You go girl!     It is very hard when you are a student. You don't have the means to cook properly, the hours are crazy and the friends are always wanting pizza & beer. Hang in there, things will shape up. You said you're not gaining, so that in itself is a great thing to accomplish when college. Also, don't forget that it doesn't have to be a regimented gym workout. College Campuses are great to get a lot of walking in or even skating around campus.
    Don't beat yourself up. Focus on your classes and the other stuff will fall into place when you are less stressed.
