late nights are my downfall

I did so good all day, but while sitting up with my husband I had a late night snack (BUDDY BARS) I just added it to yesterdays total. Boy am I sorry I had that snack. I should go to bed at an early hour but I love sitting up with my husband. I guess the answer is to eat better snacks. emoticon

    I hate that when it happens! That chocolate bar reminded me of a spark blog I saw - the person eats one ounce of dark chocolate and 2 spoons of chopped walnuts as a night snack, but she plans it.

    The best way to deal with this snacking - plan for it! Put it in your tracker before hand and plan your meals around it. You can always delete it (now that's fun) if you don't eat it.

    In our house, the kitchen closes at 8 PM
