Ugh, Chocolate WHYYYYYY

This week has been not so great eating wise. I had a rough week and it totally came out in my eating. Boo on me for that. I'm regretting eating the things that I did. Whyyyyyyy
I had Wendys(2 double stacks, a small fry, and a chocolate cookie dough frosty), kitkats(probably 10 thus far, snack sized ones), about 5 fun sized Butterfingers, chocolate milk, cigarettes, wayyyyy more iced coffee than I need, etcetcetc.
I feel terrible as a result.
Luckily we did go grocery shopping today. We bought strawberries, ground turkey, baby spinach, spring salad mix, mushrooms, eggs, deli meats, whole wheat bread, whole wheat english muffins, blackberries, kiwi, bananas, yogurt, chicken breasts, steamers, etc. However, I also bought said kit kats and butterfingers. Boo =/
These are our last cigarettes, I recognize how they make me feel and its the habit I need to break. I have an emotional attachment to them that needs to stop.
I need to clean tomorrow, do laundry, and get myself organized so I'm not going into the week blindly. This means planning out my meals and working on my exercise time.
This week kicked my butt. How do you all handle cravings? Chocolate cravings are taking me prisoner, I'm trying to break them. I usually combat them by not having chocolate in the house, but then I binge. Maybe I can work in a little chocolate everyday. Thats my plan, but it hasn't been working so far so I need a new approach.
I just needed to vent about how hard this week is and how much energy I absolutely DONT have.
