Losing weight is hard to do...we have to discipline ourselves to eat the correct foods. Not to eat the high calorie foods.And to get up off of our behinds and do some exercise. Why is this so hard???

    It IS hard, but you are doing such a great job -- your before and after...well midway to are just great!
    One thing that helps me is to make sure I get adequate lean protein with all my meals, to help keep my blood sugar from taking a dive a couple hours after I eat.
    On my evenings off, I try to stay OUT of the kitchen after dinner -- I usually get on the computer. DD washes the dishes.

    My 2 cents, ma'm. If it is hard to not eat the high calorie foods, don't have them around to eat. Replace them with better choices...
