It IS hard, but you are doing such a great job -- your before and after...well midway to goal...pictures are just great! One thing that helps me is to make sure I get adequate lean protein with all my meals, to help keep my blood sugar from taking a dive a couple hours after I eat. On my evenings off, I try to stay OUT of the kitchen after dinner -- I usually get on the computer. DD washes the dishes. Hope this helps!
