Still writing - still stressing - still eating but looking at my reports today I compared the difference in a couple of months ago (where I was not doing much exercise) to this month and I think the increase in eating is also due to actually needing more food! I am not saying I am not an emo eater because I definitely am but I am going to see how the scale goes this week and keep you updated!
Breakfast - Peanut Butter & Jam Toast. 2 coffees.
Lunch - Tried to eat a bigger lunch to fend off cravings so my version of Spaghetti Bolognese - Plenty of Vege not much Meat!
Coffee coffee coffee.
Went for a run to destress but came back starving so thought maybe I need to graze more often so:
Snack - Almonds, Dates & Raisins
Craving Alert - I justified it by time constraints and by choosing the lowest calorie pizza but really I wanted it! Arggh they say half the battle is knowing you have a problem right?? Ps. I had already ordered it when my help arrived via SP!
Dinner - Pizza
Actually I did end up proud of myself as I put the portion I wanted to eat on a plate and stopped there - progress??
And lastly a cup of tea:)
