Introducing me and my new website. Note: This video was recorded Jan 2010. Tracking my goals on here in regards to weight but this website introduces me and all of my goals.

    Thank you... actually I made this video and started this weight loss in Jan. In Jan 100 lbs didn't seem to unrealistic for my weight...I was doing calories and swimming a mile a day amongst other things. The weight just wasn't giving me the results I wanted...

    Someone introduced me to HCG just a few weeks ago.

    I've lost 25 lbs already and now just beginning HCG to give me the boost I need to get more off.

    If I don't make it by July my first 100 that's ok... I'll just rework the number then...

    HCG is working very good so far for me. And is already speeding up the process. I'm just happy I'm a 1/4 of the way there already...and FINALLY starting to see the scale decrease.

    If I loose 40+ the first round that gets me close to 3/4 of the way... So little by little I will see it happen.

    More video blogs to come since Jan though I had very little to update but now since this HCG is working so well for me I will certainly be talking. Thanks for the best wishes... :) emoticon

    Great to meet you! 100 lbs. by July is too aggressive for a beginning goal, I think, even on hCG. If you do a 40-day round, you should have about 6 weeks before even starting the next round--that's 82 days right there. And I wouldn't expect to lose more than 30-40 lbs. on the 40-day round, with the goal being to maintain for the 6 weeks. Sorry to rain on your parade, I think what you're doing in focusing on goals and working to inspire yourself and others is great, and I would hate to discourage you in any way. But I would also hate to see you or anyone set unrealistic goals and then be disappointed in yourself when you cannot meet them. JMHO. Anyway, best of luck to you, and we'll see you on the boards!
