Friday!

Friday, April 16, 2010

Another day in paradise! I have a big weekend planned! My weekend stretch for 1 of my teams if to do my situps and pushups Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. And to crack out the bike and hit the Mickelson Trail! I have talked about it enough: time to just do it! Or, at least I will get started on it!

Got on the scale today and am down another 1.6 lbs. I haven't seen this number on the scale for at least 6 years; except to breeze by it on my up to higher numbers.

Hope everyone at Sparks has a powerful weekend! Get out there and enjoy!

    Kat,

I was gonna say in my blog that you cajoled, encouraged, pushed me with tender loving hands towards the Mickelson Trail, Kat. I should add that you NAGGED!!! until I couldn't stand it any longer!
I am just kidding you know; if you hadn't pushed, prodded, cajoled, and nagged I would not be doing it.

I am so excited for you girls this weekend! Hopefully we will see pix! Lots of them. When my daughter-in-law crossed the finish line on her first 1/2 marathon, I got an excellent pix with the time showing. I couldn't have been prouder if it had been me! What an achievement!!!

    YOU GO GIRLS!!!!!
