I'm Back

I want to thank everyone for your kind and supporting words. I have decided to get back on track. I counted my points today and plan on getting to the gym tomorrow. I am going out of town to visit my sister this weekend, so, I don't plan on doing any bike riding. I will start riding next week.

    Good luck! I know how you feel, t is really hard to stay motivated when you aren't getting positive results but try to focus on long term success and keep on logging food and exercise and hopefully those results will come. emoticon
