I realized it has been an entire month since I've written! My goodness, how quickly time goes by. So, in the last month I have not been entirely dedicated to my program. I'm generally good during the week, but on the weekends when my husband comes home (he's been working in Denver), I totally blow it. We go out to eat too much and don't exercise enough.

He's coming home tonight and I am determined not to fall apart entirely and let my streak of exercise and eating right go down the drain. I've already kind of sketched out a menu for dinners for the next four days and plan to stick with it! As far as my exercising, well, I'll just make myself get up in the mornings and get it done.

Well, we'll see how it goes and hopefully I'll be updating this early next week and will be able to say I had a great weekend!
