First week almost down...

I've managed to get to the gym every day this week so far, and I've done some walking/jogging every day. That latter part is definitely an improvement for me because I hate hate HATE cardio.

It's been about a year and a half since I've done any real routine (i.e. that I've kept for more than two days). Monday I think I pushed myself too hard for just getting back, and I'm just now starting to get over the soreness from that workout. I hope it's gone totally tomorrow, because what's on my plan is going to kick my butt... and if I'm not over this, I'm not sure I'll be able to complete it.

But on the bright side, I'm actually able to run a mile non-stop now. I avoid it like the plague, but I can :D Two years ago, when I was in my tip-top, I couldn't. It's not a fast mile (10 min), but at least I can do it.
