Yesterday I went to the doctor and just great he is back on the kick of getting gastric bypass again.
Ok I wasnt for it a year ago do you really think I would be for it now that I have lost 30 pounds and am down 4 pant sizes?
I know I have been at a stand still but I am happy. It hasn't gotten me aggrevated with myself or anything. This is me! I get in a work out at least twice a week, with walks on other days. I guess none of that stuff is enough. But then to tell me that 400 calories is WAY too much for me to burn on a treadmill for 30 mins. Ok if thats the case aren't you suppose to have a work out and accomplish something. What have you accomplish if you only burnt say 30 calories. That might be a carrot stick.
To one of their own I guess. I am still feeling ok about myself and sorry I am NOT getting Gastric Bypass!
