Gained a Couple Pounds Back.....

I am not going to get too discouraged. I noticed a couple pounds came back the past couple of days. But like usual losing weight goes so far before your body puts the brakes on and adjusts to the changes. The past couple of days I have finally exercised a lil more which is better then the past of hardly exercising at all. Maybe its just excess water. I am not going to let it get me down and I know I shouldn't weigh myself every other day. As long as I am feeling better and getting healthier that is all that matters.

    You can't beat yourself up when a couple pounds decides to creep up on you. It definately could be water weight and I am sure if you get back on track you can work those 2 lbs back off in no time! Just believe in yourself and that your worth the fight! Have a great day and stay motivated!
