Wednesday Gratitude & Abundance

-I am grateful for a great kickboxing workout.
-I am grateful for consistency - to the best of my ability- even when I'm I'm stressed.
-I am grateful for patience around me.
-I am grateful for my friend's diagnosis so she can receive treatment asap.
-I am grateful for love- it heals the pain.
-I am grateful that I can now bang out 15 tricep dips on my knuckles!
-I am grateful for feeling energized after an exhausting day.
-I am grateful for emotional boundaries today.
-I am grateful for my mommy.
-I am grateful for very wealthy folks- loaning us their very cool pad for a few weekends :) hahaha.
