For the next 4 weeks I want to be more concistant about the following 1. Log my food 2. Do 10 mins of strength training every day(not the same body part back to back) 3. Post weekly weigh ins. It doesn't matter if I am up or down it just needs to happen. My reward is $50 that I wil put in my ink chest for my new tat. I posted on facebook my personal goal challenge which is to help me create a healthy lifestyle. I am doing this by posting weekly pics of a box I am filing with money for my altimate reward. A new Tat. So these steaks can really get the ball rolling for me. I am excited.
