I know it's important to have goals, and I have some.
But it's good to have intermediate goals to help you along to the main ones.
And it's probably good to treat yourself (not with bad food) as achieve these mini-goals.
And this is where I fall short.
I'm not that interested in the milestones. I just want to get to the destination.
I guess my next mini-goal will be to bust the calorie limit (again) next Tuesday.
