Setting goals

Wednesday, April 14, 2010

I know it's important to have goals, and I have some.

But it's good to have intermediate goals to help you along to the main ones.
And it's probably good to treat yourself (not with bad food) as achieve these mini-goals.
And this is where I fall short.

I'm not that interested in the milestones. I just want to get to the destination.

I guess my next mini-goal will be to bust the calorie limit (again) next Tuesday.

I do set exercise goals but they're very short term (as with the food goals). For example, I know how many workouts and what exercise I want to achieve between now and the next Tuesday.

It's hard to stay focused so mini goals are good, remember one step at a time and before you know it, you'll be at your destination! Why not set goals for your exercise as well? Have a great week! emoticon
