ok so I've just been weighed for the first time since july and it turns out I'm 5lbs heavier, a but of a disappointment but I'm not to worried as the new training schedule and eating plan should burn them off before to long. fingers crossed. x

    Don't worry about the scales, its how you feel that matters more and you are clearly loads more fit and healthy now! Isn't that right? How are your clothes fitting? Keep positive!
