AB Workout

I started an AB workout that I found on Glamour Magazine. It's a 30 day challenge tied to a contest. I figured what the heck. Well I'm into it for my second workout , I can say one thing the abs can certainly feel the additional workout. David Barton is the leader of the workout. I encourage all of you to join.

    I'll have to check it out. The only time I like to do ab workouts is after I've done my step aerobics on Thurs. night and we get down on the floor to do the ab workout!! For just a few seconds it feels good to be laying down!Haha. emoticon
