BIKINI BODY BEATDOWN - Day One

So - I have recently connected with a childhood friend who, get this, is now a figure athlete and fitness model. She has some SERIOUS muscle. Well, she has a website now, and is offering a program called 2010 BIKINI BODY BEATDOWN. She guarantees that following her plan (diet, cardio, strength) will give you a bikini-ready body in 4 weeks.
As always, I'm very skeptical of such frivolous promises. Allison was a friend growing up, intelligent and level-headed, so I decided to splurge the $24.99 to purchase her miracle plan. Upon reading it, I am impressed. The diet makes SO much sense, and follows many of the spark guidelines that I have been trying so hard to implant into my brain. From the looks of it - this could be my success plan. Her workouts are KILLER, and I mean that in a literal sense.
DAY ONE - 04/12/10
I was able to follow the meal plans to a "T". It was amazing. I didn't feel hungry. I actually felt a bit piggish. I seemed to be eating ALL day! Check out my food tracking for the 12th and you will see HOW much I ate, and managed to stay in my nutritional ranges! Sadly, I didn't get to make it to the gym, and will start that part of the regimen on Wednesday. I would like a buddy on this plan and see how much we can lose, and be TOTALLY committed to fitting into a bikini in a month!
