Clarification

I wrote the last entry in haste after stepping on the scale for the first time since November. I've watched my physique go through fluctuations in the last few months, and since I started walking daily and recently going to the gym, I know I've been losing. I think I was just shocked at the number. I shouldn't have been though. That number from November was a week or so after I had my gallbladder out. I dropped 10 lbs that week and kept it off for a while before gaining it (and a little more) back. I see the changes in my face though and know I'm losing it slowly. I just need to relax and continue on the path I've taken toward bettering my health, and I can't let myself get obsessive about the numbers. I will weigh myself once a week, no more.

I can do this.
