1/2 "weigh" there!

I have just passed the 1/2 "weigh" point in my weight loss. For those of you who don't know me, this hasn't been a quick, easy process. In fact it was quite slow and painful for quite some time.
Somewhere between New Years and Ground Hogs Day, I committed. I thought I had committed before (started this in April '09) but I hadn't turned my whole life over to the goals I had set. I thought I could take a week off, or a weekend off, or while I was on vacation I could do what I wanted; but I had an epiphany that goals do not take a day off! A lifestyle change is just that: a change. It is not a "I will do this for now" but then later I will revert to who I was before.
So for those of you who have not been goal oriented; become so now. And then commit to them: not just by saying the words, but by living the words. It will be the difference between struggling back and forth; and charging ahead!
