Change is not an event-it's a process!

Every single day, we ought to get up seeking a positive change. No matter what that may be. We have the opportunity to make so many changes in our lives every single day. We don't plan to fail, we fail to plan. With that being said, we have to make a choice to make some positive changes. I believe it's important to write down the vision and make it plain. And having an accountability partner helps a great deal! emoticon

Perhaps it's time for you to become the change that you want to see in this world. If you are the one person in the household that wants to get on a health kick then make it happen. Don't wait until someone reaches out to you-this is a revelation! You have to learn to lead by example. We need to stop making excuses because they nail you to your problems! emoticon

If you keep making empty promises to yourself and others it's time that you put it to an end! They say a promise is a fool's comfort. So don't talk about it, be about it! emoticon emoticon

Have you been procrastinating with your health and wellness venture? Now's a good time to start. You're not reading this by accident. Start w/ baby steps. There's a great deal of information on the web, the people around you, the library, etc~
Ask and it shall be given to you
Seek and you shall find
Knock and the door shall be opened

Do you need an attitude adjustment? Do you know your attitude sets the tone for the day, your household, the work place, etc. Change your perception, look at things from a different angle, see the good in the situation no matter what the scenario is!

Let's get started with some Positive Changes! What are some things that you need to change today?

Can you see the light emoticon at the end of the tunnel!?!

Be sure to have a blessed day!
