Hey there!

OK OK I was slack last week and didn't blog, it was easter, what can I say???

Well I'm still persisting with this "diet", it has yielded some results though I must confess that I haven't been quite as vigilant in the last few weeks. I slacked off just before easter and didn't regain my momentum until yesterday.

So here are the results for the last couple of weeks

On another happy note, I have actually finally joined a gym! Some would think me silly seeing as I have managed to lose all this weight and keep it off without ever having stepped into a gym, but it's become apparent to me that to really make this crazy "diet" work and tone my skin I will need to increase my weights, resistance training has got a little easy now. So I'll be working with the machines and they have so many great classes to do too, I'm so looking forward to trying Zumba! The gym also has a pole studio so I can practice and build up my upper and core strength before learning more technical moves. It's all very exciting! I joined up from next week and I can't wait!

    Hey Claudia! Yes, there is some improvement on the skin, it is a very slow process and very frustrating because I'd love to see instant progress, but alas, it is taking it's time but getting there. There are definetly changes happening. I will take some progress pictures at next weeks weigh in and post them.

    Congrats on the gym membership. It sounds like they have a lot to offer. I too think that resistance training only goes so far. I've been lifting weight for 15 years off and on and there's nothing like lifting those heavy weights. Feels soooo good!!
