Starting to see some light....

Most of you know this has been a rough start to the year. After being on bedrest for almost 5 months I am just starting to be able to venture out. My doctor is allowing me to go to the gym and ride the bike for 15mins (although today I upped it to 22min, ssshhh....don't tell) I do a little work on the weight machines, only 2 or3 a day, but it is a start. I am trying to go every day and push myself a little more each time.

I am trying to limit myself to once a week weigh-ins. I have alot to lose. I've been on medications and been stuck in bed so the lbs have piled back on. Over 5 yrs ago I lost a whopping 158lbs and felt so much healthier. I want to get back to that feeling!! I know I have to take it slow as to not re-injure myself, but I will get there.... I have managed to lose 3lbs so far. Hey, babysteps, right... Lol....
