I have officially lost 27 lbs with WEight Watchers!! I have quite a ways to go to get to my goal weight but I am smaller this year than last year. I'm trying to stay positive.
I purchased a hybrid bike last week from a friend and I love it!! I went on a trail today for about 90 minutes. Whew!! I don't recall it being such a workout when I was a kid!! LOL!!
I was sweating the entire time. I wore my heart rate monitor and I burned quite a few calories. Especially when you go up the hills! It was still fun! I plan on bike riding again tomorrow.
