Yep, that is how far I ran this morning! It feels so good to see what my body is capable of achieving. I ran the route that is an upcoming race, and am very pleased that I only had to stop to walk a few times. I am going to run it every weekend so that by the time race day is here, I can run the entire race. Hopefully, I will improve my pace by the race. I feel so slow right now, but I am moving! Oh, and it was beautiful this morning... crisp air, snow on the mountains, water smooth as glass... pretty much perfect.

    Wowee!! Fabulous!

    To keep the route interesting, maybe you can try starting at a different point in the route each week, or running it backwards... How fun!!
