Yep, that is how far I ran this morning! It feels so good to see what my body is capable of achieving. I ran the route that is an upcoming race, and am very pleased that I only had to stop to walk a few times. I am going to run it every weekend so that by the time race day is here, I can run the entire race. Hopefully, I will improve my pace by the race. I feel so slow right now, but I am moving! Oh, and it was beautiful this morning... crisp air, snow on the mountains, water smooth as glass... pretty much perfect.
