Trying to Fight the Discouragement

I'm starting to feel a little discouraged with my progress this last week. Not only is the scale not really moving, I don't feel my body changing either. I'm usually pretty attuned to even slight changes. Am I doing it wrong? Did I hit a plateau? Seems too early for that.
I started back on Spark 3 weeks ago. I have been tracking my food and fitness which is right where I have been told it's supposed to be. My only days where I veered from my "perfect" eating plan were planned. I knew they were coming so I adjusted other areas for them. i/e more exercise, fewer other calories
I know I am just having a moment but I don't want to sabotage myself so I'm saying it out loud. I would love to hear how anyone else has gotten past these moments.
