Naps were a blessing from God to help us re-group. Awwwww...
No seriously, I'm a total believer in naps. Especially if you are working out and working toward weight loss. Yesterday, I just could not get my engines on. A nap changes my whole outlook.
Which is another reason I love naps. Sleep deprivation is actually one of the reasons (according to many studies) that we gain weight. It coudl be tied into the fact that when we're tired, we tend to eat more, thinking we'll have more energy. Whereas a quick cache of Zzzzz's might be all we ever needed.
