It's Been A While

Just thought I'd pop in and do a quick update.

I have been working out since August-- for the 1st 2 months it was with a trainer two times a week. And for the last 4 months (took a month off after abdominal umbilical hernia surgery) it was with my aunt, then my sister and a coworker. My cardio went from 30 minutes to 1 to 1.5 hours several times a week. Good news is, I went from a size 22 to a 20 and I'm almost comfortably into an 18. Bad news is, I've lost basically no pounds in the last 7 months. Could be my eating habits. :) Not stopping my exercise regiment though. Just put in almost 1.5 hours of cardio.

    Good to hear from you again! Way to go on the new size! Maybe what you need is to change up your exercise, to surprise your body into thinking you're doing something new. And I agree on watching the food intake, that's so important! ANd keep drinking the water! Best wishes to you, keep up the good work!

    So happy for the update. Keep up what you're doing, obviously you're not gaining which is nice. Try to incorporate a bit more exercize and I bet you'll be losing again. KEEP IT UP! Best,

    Good job! What a difference you'll notice when you start watching your food intake. You'll start doing that naturally when you exercise though!!!
