Definitely Slacking Off!

I do apologize for slacking off. I have majorly slacked off for the last week or two. I have a major sinus infection and it really is putting a damper in my fitness workouts. The last sinus infection I "sweated" it out, but I have no energy for this one. I haven't gone to the doc yet, I am trying to let it run its course, but if I am not better by next Monday (making it two weeks), I am going to have to get some antibiotics. I am tired of feeling like blah. On the positive note, I don't have much for an appetite so I haven't gained and am actually fluctuating between 229 and 228. This week I did move around a lot. My daughter's birthday was April 7 so I was on the move to clean my house and get the cake done, wrap presents, busy busy busy! So, I did burn calories. Tuesday I went for a walk, and tried to work up a sweat. It made me feel good, but of course, can't stop sneezing and having that runny, stuffy nose! So, my goal is to get up tomorrow and do a lil more sweating, if my body allows me to wake up. All it cries is sleep and water! So again, I apologize to my teams that I am unable to do a lot of workouts!
