I can't decide how I'm feeling today. I went WAY over my sodium allowance yesterday, but thru determination, I stayed within my calorie range. Pumpkin seeds were the needless to say that will not be a common occurence. I went to the gym on monday but won't be able to get back again till saturday since I'm working. I know I've thought about it and I used to do it, but I'm going to start riding my bike or walking the treadmill while I watch tv at home. Might as well get in some extra exercise while catching up on my shows for the week. I also plan on starting back up with my Taebo tapes. My knee is feeling much stronger since I injured it a little over a year ago. The 5k walk I did in October really bolstered my confidence and prooved to myself that my endurance has improved. I know I can do it and I know I WILL do it!
