Love and Hate: The scale

After such a good week of running and workouts... why did I step on that scale. My clothes looked good, I had a SWAG in my step, I knew I was fine and my hubby was diggin it! So why did I get on that Damn scale... Up 2 lbs! What! That's ok, I'm building Muscle! lol... Keep on moving!

    You go girl!!! Don't let the scale get you down-I made that mistake a month ago and have spiraled ever since...thanks for reminding me there are other measures of 'success'!
