Goals for April

even though it is 6 days into this month I am still posting my goals. They are:
Get to the gym 2-3 times a week for at least 60 minutes
On the days I don't go to the gym do at least 10 minutes of exercise
drink 10 glasses of water daily
eat 3 fruits and veggies a day
Try to post a blog twice a week
walk 10,000 steps daily.

    Thanks for the comments on my blog.

    EBaby- i have several buddies on spark that motivate me to stick to my plan, I also change up my exercises so I don't get board and I always listen to songs that motivate or has a good beat.
