work/life/study commitments been out of whack for the last couple of months. Only getting to the gym 1-2 times a week with obvious consequences. Things have settled due to semester break. Have booked to have scientific testing of fat percentage using skin calipirs with a professional. It will be interesting to see where I am at. Am saving up to replace my broken digital scales but it isn't about loss of weight for me, but increase of lean muscle mass and decrease of excess body fat.i
