In a quiet moment today, it came to light that really, really, for real, the only person that I can change is myself. The only attitude I have any control over is my own.
This means taking care of myself so I am better able to handle mental and physical stress.
This means asking for help because I don't have to carry the burden all on my own.
This means taking the high road and not jabbing back at people who lash out. This means eating my veggies with my protein and carbs because cookies are not a meal or a vegetable. :)
This means taking time to be quiet and meditate, because some messages cannot be heard unless I allow space in my day.
I allowed some space into my day and hope hopped in.
