Sugar - My worst enemy

At the beginning of this year, I decided to get serious about my weight loss and decided to give up sugar, salt and diet soda. I also started exercising again and I really started losing weight. Last month, I started allowing myself small portions of candy and I found myself eating more of everything, so my weight loss leveled off. I have gradually started eating more and more candy, and have found myself falling back into my bad habits of overeating. This weekend, in celebration of Easter, I ate 2 bags of jelly beans, and from there went completely downhill on a weekend binge. Physically, I feel awful after a weekend like this and my workout is really hard. I am not going to fall back into those old habits, so I have decided once again to give up sugar.
