Well this is my first blog entry. My goal so far this year has been to change my life for the better and I've been trying to do this by stepping out of my comfort zone. I've never posted a blog so I'm totally new at this but here goes. It's Monday and it's a beautiful day outside. My plan was to go walking this morning. I even put on my walking sweat pants and T shirt the night before but the only thing I did this morning was turn over and hit the snooze button. Now worries though....I'll try again tomorrow. I had a yogurt for breakfast (since I'm trying not to go through the day without starting off with some kind of breakfast) and a sensible lunch....I think. emoticon I've been on this site since February and it's been awesome. The weight is coming off SLOWLY... but I've decided to focus on making small but significant lifestyle changes that I know I can maintain and believe the weight loss will follow. emoticon
