Going for Another 2+ Lbs Loss This week!!!

I am starting to see my weight loss start to take its stride. 2 weeks of 2 pound weight loss. That is the recommened weight loss that Sparkpeople suggest for a long term sucessful weight loss. It has been a pretty rough week in terms of sticking to the plan. I was able to fit in excerise on the weekend and took the kids to the park on Sunda for Easter. I still have to give credit to The Biggest Loser game. Had the first elimination weigh in and I was above the yellow line so I was not nominated to go home. I still think they whould make the weight mre dramatic. That should be what the game should more focus of duplicating. I wanted to be at 300 or less for my daughters baptism on Saturday but it will seem I will might miss it by 2lbs unless this week is a 4 weight loss. Well good luck everyone.
