I finally remembered to weigh in today after about a month of missing weigh-in days. Having very little time to exercise besides work, and with my eating habits slipping over the past month (mostly from stress), I was afraid to get back on the scale. I was convinced that I had gained several more pounds back. Last time I weighed in I had gained back 4 of the 17 I lost. When I weighed in today, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I hadn't gained any weight afterall! I didn't lose any either, but at least I maintained though this crazy, busy, unhealthy past month!
