I finally remembered to weigh in today after about a month of missing weigh-in days. Having very little time to exercise besides work, and with my eating habits slipping over the past month (mostly from stress), I was afraid to get back on the scale. I was convinced that I had gained several more pounds back. Last time I weighed in I had gained back 4 of the 17 I lost. When I weighed in today, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I hadn't gained any weight afterall! I didn't lose any either, but at least I maintained though this crazy, busy, unhealthy past month!

    I try to keep a stash of healthy snacks around for those crazy stressful days. That way if I wind up grabbing food on the go, at least I am eating good things. Congrats on not gaining!

    Good for you for not gaining! Hopefully the stress will slow down soon and you will be able to show some progress! I haven't gained but haven't progressed lately either so I'm thinking of doing a Prevention Firm Up In Three Weeks Program. I really do want to lose weight( even 5 lbs.) by May! By the way, I love having you as a spark friend because my two daughters are in college and I can't help but think of them also, when I communicate with you and you seem like a nice young lady!
