General reflection on the week.

Not a particularly exciting week. The one challenge I had was going to an NHL hockey 3 hours away, at the last minute, direct from work, then directly home ( midnight) so no time for exercise and dinner was less than healthy. But, I tracked the calories as best I could, and put it behind me.
Today is fantastic weather wise, so I did my W3D3 on my treadmill then headed out to walk the nature trail for another 40 minute power walk.
It never fails to surprise me just how energized and positive you feel after you do physical activity. I am starting to understand how people get almost fanatical about working out !!!

So, while the week started with somewhat of a disappointment, with less than a pound loss showing on the scale, I did not dwell, did not reach for consoling junk food and continued to focus on everything positive. Another step forward for me, the leaving things and moving forward ...This is definitely a journey, not only of losing weight and eating healthy, but one of self discovery ( likes, dislikes, abilities, adaptability etc. etc.)
