Friday, April 02, 2010

I have been sitting here contemplating those very words this morning.

there is so much turmoil and emotion flowing through me the past two days, I can't seem to get a handle on it.

We all go through that. Honestly for me it just helps to have some me time just to sit and really think of what or who is causing me so much grief. But I hope it gets better for you. We are all here so you can vent all you want to us :) emoticon

It's time to focus on what's right, not what's wrong. I think so many times we look the "wrong" direction. Looking in the "right" direction helps us take steps toward putting things in motion.

No big plans...just getting things back under control. Life is complicated sometimes, and while I can SEE the solution, I can't seem to put it into motion.

And... I skipped the workout yesterday, I did one today, but only with half a heart... so... hopefully, the sun stays out today and I can get a good walk in tonight before i go home to the chaos. :)

Thanks for the encouragement...it's been a rough week.

I'm feeling that way lately too -- can't blame the weather. Guess it's just best to try to put it all behind you and move ahead. Good luck, hope it gets better for you.
